Needles Adventure (IOW) Experience

This option allows you to charter Wetwheels exclusively for you and your party (at least one member of your party must be disabled). The Needles adventure is dependent upon the wind and tide, so is only available on specified dates. Please contact the office on 07904 997 622 to book.

Once departing Gunwharf Quays (Portsmouth), the day is yours. We head out into The Solent, past the historic sea forts across to Ryde and into Osborne Bay (Queen Victoria's home on the IOW).  We will head on, past Cowes, down past Newtown Creek and Yarmouth to The Needles.

As a finale to all of our trips, once you are back on dry land, you also have free entry to the Spinnaker Tower, please let the Captain know you would like to visit and we can organise this for you.

Please note that when you book, your initial enquiry is a booking request. As soon as we know we have crew available (our crew are all volunteers) we will decline or confirm you booking. Please call 07904 997622 to discuss your trip.

What to bring

• All safety equipment and lifejackets are provided
• We do have splash capes but you should always bring warm clothing as it can be colder on the water and you may well get splashed.
• Please also bring any completed paperwork
• Any food/drink you may require (only water on board)
• NOTE: There are no toilet facilities on board.
