Fundraising Effort Begins

Our fundraising effort has been kick started by the very 2 men who made Wetwheels Torbay happen !

Wetwheels Torbay is being built by Cheetah Marine in Ventnor in the Isle of Wight.

James Ashton who has motor neurone disease (MND) is cycling on a static bike the 100km distance the boat will make on her maiden delivery voyage to Torquay next month.

Russell Smart is walking from Ventnor to Torquay over 10 days and covering 150 miles - in some pretty grim weather too!

Their dream and passion of making boating accessible to everyone is driving them on throughout their challenges.
